I can't say enough how much we loved having Jim as our agent as we found our home. We moved to Chicagoland from Wisconsin, and Jim could not have been more professional, helpful, or knowledgeable about what we thought we wanted, and, more important, what he knew we wanted. Jim knew every town, every neighborhood, and knew within seconds whether or not a home would be worth our time. The house we eventually fell in love with wasn't even on our list, but Jim told us we needed to see it. Turns out, we found the home we want to stay in forever. When it came time to negotiate on the house, Jim was beyond prepared. He knew exactly what to do and followed through on all of it.
